Loop celebrated National Customer Service Week (NCSW) in style w/c 4th October. We saw lots of virtual activities during the week including, internal nominations for Excellent Customer Service, Information on the changing way of work for both customers, and colleagues, and video interviews from our Leadership Team that discussed what they thought great leadership was, and how that could impact a customer journey with us.
It was a great week and we saw a fantastic level of engagement from all colleagues, including our Loop Management Team.
